Why use pre-coated film laminating technology?
The adhesive for coating film must be along with the process of laminating, otherwise, the storage time will be too long to decrease the strength of adhesive. The binder contains a benzene solvent and it causes great pollution to atmospheric environment, there will be fire hazards also.
Some of developed countries, such as the United States, Germany, has been banned and the pre-coated film laminating process instead of the coating film process.
The hot melt glue of pre-coated film laminating process was scientific and reasonable design quantification, then apply glue to BOPP evenly in advance and other substrate film after drying, winding, packaging into hot melt adhesive pre-coated film as commodity.
After printing, in non-adhesive coating device on the film coated equipment for hot pressing by processing enterprises, then the film coated processing of printings is completion completely.
The pre-coated film is a product which obtained by testing and practice after many years.
It omits adhesive when laminating, coating, drying and other processes. There is no solvent for film swelling and ink decomposition, no adhesive problems, never lead to product loss and film swelling and cause product quality.
